Environmental/Complex Litigation Associate

Direct Counsel is seeking an associate to join a top firm in its litigation practice in San Francisco. This position presents an exciting opportunity to work on diverse practice areas including complex civil litigation, securities, environmental, energy, real estate and intellectual property.

Preference will be given to candidates with prior judicial clerkship experience.

Requirements

• 3, 4, or 5 years of litigation experience in the practice areas mentioned aboe
• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to practice law in California is mandatory.
• Strong academic credentials and excellent research and writing skills.
• Ability to handle most aspects of litigation independently.

Benefits

The salary wage range that we expect to pay for this position is a minimum of $260,000 and a maximum of $365,000 (annually). The actual pay wage may vary based on experience or other relevant factors.
