Enrollment RN (bilingual)

Purpose: The Enrollment RN is responsible for providing telephonic support and assistance for prospective members during the enrollment process. This role requires fluency in both English and Spanish in order to effectively communicate with bilingual members.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Assist prospective members with the enrollment process, explaining benefits, and answering any questions or concerns.
• Evaluate and assess potential members' health needs and determine eligibility for enrollment.
• Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure a seamless and efficient enrollment process.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions and enrollment activities.
• Provide exceptional customer service to prospective members, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Stay up-to-date with relevant policies, procedures, and regulations related to enrollment and healthcare coverage.
• Participate in training and development activities to enhance knowledge and skills related to enrollment processes and healthcare programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
• Prior experience in healthcare enrollment or customer service is preferred
• Experience with healthcare insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid programs is a plus
