Responsibilities

• Code Reviews: Perform thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to help engineers improve their skills.
• Technical Interviews: Conduct and evaluate numerous technical interviews to identify and hire top talent.
• Onboarding: Improve the onboarding process, ensuring new hires feel welcome, included, and ready to contribute.
• Team Development: Spend time with team members to help them identify priorities, focus on important tasks, and grow their skills.
