Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate directly with clients from major hospitals and clinics to conceptualize and develop products tailored to their specific requirements.
• Fluidly transition between rapid prototyping and building robust, production-ready software solutions.
• Transform vague user challenges into tangible products—from initial proposal and kick-off to development and launch.
• Establish engineering standards and best practices, shaping the team's culture and direction.
• Contribute to team growth through recruitment efforts and fostering a positive work environment.

Minimum requirements:

• Possess 5+ years of engineering experience across diverse product domains.
• Thrive in collaborative environments involving various functions, stakeholders, and subject matter experts.
• Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, particularly regarding the business needs of our users.
• Have a keen eye for design, encompassing both code and user interfaces.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and organizations to swiftly address user challenges.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience developing applications using Next.js and TypeScript.
• Proven track record of leading large initiatives spanning engineering teams and collaborating across organizational boundaries.
• Excellent communication and writing skills, adept at crafting user-centric documentation and strategic communications to guide team direction.
• Prefer simplicity and scalability in solutions and designs, with a knack for intuitive, lasting solutions.
