Emergency Room Nurse Manager (NM)
CTTX Health is seeking an experienced and dynamic Nurse Manager to lead our Emergency Room (ER) team. As an ER Nurse Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing the daily operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care in our fast-paced emergency department.

Requirements
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the Emergency Room (ER) department.
- Ensure optimal patient care by maintaining high standards of nursing practice, monitoring patient outcomes, and implementing quality improvement initiatives.
- Supervise and evaluate the performance of ER staff, including nurses and support staff.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure the delivery of safe and efficient care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and promote interdisciplinary communication and teamwork.
- Participate in budget planning and resource allocation for the ER department.
- Provide guidance and support to staff in clinical decision-making and problem-solving.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
Job Requirements:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in emergency nursing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Knowledge of current trends and best practices in emergency nursing and healthcare management.
