Elder Abuse Attorney

Direct Counsel has partnered with an exceptional law firm to locate a skilled Elder Abuse Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law and a passion for advocating on behalf of clients. The ideal candidate will be passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of seniors and have a strong background in elder law or personal injury litigation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in cases involving elder abuse.
• Conduct thorough investigations, gathering evidence and interviewing witnesses to build strong cases.
• Draft legal documents including complaints, motions, and settlement agreements.
• Advocate for clients during mediations, hearings, and trials.
• Provide compassionate counsel and support to clients and their families throughout the legal process.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and social service organizations to strengthen cases.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law in California.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in elder law, personal injury, or related practice areas.
• Strong understanding of elder abuse laws and regulations.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Empathy and dedication to serving the elderly population.

Benefits

Compensation:

• $120,000 - $160,000.00 annually.
• Competitive compensation package with full benefits and bonus
