As our Ecommerce Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind Tubby Todd’s online presence, reporting directly to our VP of Growth Strategy. Your mission? To craft a seamless, joyful shopping experience for every visitor to our digital platforms while driving revenue and growing our online community. You’ll wear many hats—overseeing everything from merchandising and CRO to analytics and app integrations—making sure our website is not just a store, but a delightful extension of our brand. You’ll lead a small but mighty team, ensuring that every decision we make is rooted in data, aligned with our brand values, and focused on what matters most: our customers.

Requirements

What You’ll Do

Chart the Course

●      Design and execute our Ecommerce strategy to fuel growth, bring in new customers, and keep them coming back.

●      Set and track Ecommerce KPIs, ensuring we’re hitting our goals and staying true to our mission.

●      Lead cross-functional projects that drive revenue, like conversion rate optimization (CRO), customer journey mapping, and A/B testing.

●      Share our Ecommerce vision and progress with senior leadership in clear, actionable updates.

 

Dive into the Data

●      Analyze monthly performance data—think sales, product trends, and customer behavior—to refine our strategies.

●      Use data to guide decisions that elevate our user experience and site performance.

●      Regularly report back to leadership with insights and recommendations that keep us on the cutting edge.

 

Master Merchandiser

●      Continuously fine-tune our Ecommerce platform to deliver the best user experience, leveraging the latest tech and competitive insights.

●      Oversee product merchandising, ensuring our items are presented in the most appealing, mom-approved way.

●      Work closely with our content team to make sure every product description, visual, and promotion is on-brand and engaging.

●      Manage inventory and product assortments to align with sales targets and customer needs.

 

Technology Driven

●      Oversee our Ecommerce tech stack, from Shopify Plus to third-party apps, ensuring everything runs smoothly and securely.

●      Collaborate with IT and partners to keep our site stable, secure, and ready for growth.

●      Stay ahead of the curve by adopting new Ecommerce trends, technologies, and best practices.

Customer UI Expert

●      Make our Ecommerce site a joy to shop on—whether on mobile or desktop—by optimizing speed, functionality, and the customer journey.

●      Implement strategies to make every step of the customer journey—from browsing to checkout—smooth and satisfying.

●      Lead A/B testing and UX research to constantly improve site usability and conversion rates.

●      Boost Average Order Value (AOV) through smart cross-selling, upselling, and bundling strategies.

Who You Are

●      Experience: 5+ years in Ecommerce, with a solid background in DTC environments and a knack for operational excellence and growth.

●      Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

●      Skills: You’re a Shopify Plus whiz, with advanced knowledge of web technologies and analytics tools. You’re also a project management pro who can juggle multiple priorities without breaking a sweat.

●      Qualities: You’re a results-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’re collaborative, love a good challenge, and are deeply committed to improving our Ecommerce operations and delighting our customers.

●      Proven success in creating and executing Ecommerce strategies.

●      Strong analytical skills to drive data-backed decisions and improvements.

●      Expertise in online merchandising and content management.

●      Experience with technology integrations and maintaining platform stability.
