E-commerce and Warehouse Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a proactive E-commerce and Warehouse Operations Coordinator to join our team at UNITED NUDE's Los Angeles office and warehouse. This role is ideal for an enthusiastic individual with a keen interest in the fashion industry and a drive to excel in a dynamic environment. As the E-commerce and Warehouse Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

- Managing the inbound and outbound flow of products, including deliveries and returns.

- Handling the processing and shipping of e-commerce, dropship, and wholesale orders.

- Addressing customer support inquiries promptly and efficiently.

- Supervising inventory management and stockroom supplies.

- Scheduling and overseeing part-time order fulfillment staff.

- Collaborating closely with the E-commerce Manager and Dropship Operations Supervisor.

- Working alongside a small cross-disciplinary team in a fast-paced setting.

- Ensuring optimal warehouse capacity and managing high-volume inventory shipments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Fulfilling online orders by picking and packing products.

- Managing shipping and receiving tasks.

- Conducting thorough quality assessments and addressing product defects.

- Maintaining inventory accuracy through back-stocking and routine organizing.

- Assisting with monthly stocktakes and customer support related to online orders.

- Implementing and refining warehouse processes to improve efficiency.

- Maintaining clean, organized workspaces and ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures.

- Collaborating with team members and suggesting areas for improvement.

Job Details:

- Full-time position at one location (40 hours/week)

- Operation hours: Monday to Friday

- Occasional weekend shifts required for high-volume inventory shipments (at least twice a year).

Requirements

- 1-2 years of experience in B2C order fulfillment and customer service.

- Ability to lift items weighing up to 30lbs for short distances.

- Familiarity with Shopify, dropshipping platforms, and productivity tools like Google Drive and Microsoft Suite.

- Proficiency in organizing data using spreadsheets.

- Available to work occasional weekends as needed for high-volume inventory shipments and peak seasons (min. 2x a year)
