Echo Vascular Tech

The Echo Vascular Tech is responsible for providing high-quality ultrasound imaging of the vascular system to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of vascular diseases. This position requires a strong understanding of vascular anatomy and physiology, as well as proficiency in ultrasound imaging techniques.

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive vascular ultrasound examinations, including carotid, abdominal, lower extremity, and renal arteries and veins
• Analyze and interpret ultrasound images to identify and evaluate vascular abnormalities
• Document findings and prepare detailed reports
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide accurate and timely diagnostic information
• Stay up-to-date on the latest advances in vascular ultrasound technology and techniques

Qualifications:

• Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) credential or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of vascular anatomy and physiology
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
