Job Duties
Responsible for processing vehicle registrations, titles and other DMV services to all existing Adriana’s Insurance clients and prospects. Meet sales quota, establishing client relationship and using sales strategies to close sales.
- Service customer inquiries through all means of communication while accurately document all information pertaining to accounts.
- Sales will be required in this role.
- Present, promote and sell DMV services using argument to existing and prospective customers.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedules
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to offer DMV services.
- Process and accurately record incoming DMV transactions while following transaction procedures and guidelines.
- Maintain a professional, calm manner when negotiating with difficult or upset customers.
- Process documents for state registration, gathering proper documentation, and ensure all transactions are fully completed and in compliance.
- Check for completeness and signatures on all required parts of forms. Additionally, vehicle title check for accuracy of vehicle sales and purchase prices.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Contribute to effective operations by providing support where and when needed on sales and customer promotion dates.
- Collaborate with colleagues of different offices, sectors
- Attend sales training to continuously improve through feedback
- Make DMV document deliveries as needed, or assigned.
- Perform other duties as assigned or requested to assure optimum service levels.

- The position requires office skills including personal computer, Microsoft products (Word for Windows, Excel, and Outlook), 10-key and the ability to accurately operate other office equipment.
- Effective communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills required.
