Summary
We're looking for a passionate and strategic leader to spearhead the commercialization of our innovative media & advertising technology SaaS products, driving them from ideation to market dominance. This pivotal role demands a visionary thinker with a proven track record of translating product ideas into revenue-generating solutions. You'll possess a deep understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to craft winning commercialization strategies that maximize market share and fuel explosive growth.
Commercialization Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and execute comprehensive product commercialization strategies that seamlessly align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Lead and orchestrate cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, sales, finance and operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient commercialization process from ideation to launch.
- Collaborate with product marketing and product management to define product positioning, pricing strategies, and impactful go-to-market plans.
Market Intelligence & Opportunity Creation:
- Conduct continuous market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer pain points, and disruptive technologies, uncovering new avenues for product innovation and commercialization.
- Leverage your expertise to assess potential market opportunities, evaluating market size, competitive landscape, and growth potential to prioritize development efforts.
- Partner with sales, product marketing and product management to validate opportunities through customer engagement, understand resource requirements, and develop compelling business cases.
Product Validation & Growth:
- Oversee the initial deployment of products to Alpha and Beta customers, meticulously validating product-market fit and gathering crucial feedback.
- Work closely with customers to understand their willingness to pay and ensure the delivered value proposition resonates with their needs.
- Create a comprehensive product marketing playbook, equipping marketing teams with the knowledge to develop compelling messaging, pricing strategies, and impactful go-to-market initiatives for general availability.
Metrics & Optimization:
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of product commercialization efforts.
- Leverage data-driven insights to continuously optimize strategies and tactics, ensuring maximum return on investment.
Growth & Partnerships:
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships that complement our product offerings and accelerate market penetration. Collaborate with product management and business development teams to build and maintain mutually beneficial partner engagement models.
- Analyze potential acquisition and investment opportunities, working with corporate development and product management to drive inorganic growth initiatives.
Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, fostering alignment and driving successful execution of product commercialization initiatives
