About Us:

FLEX College Prep is a leading name in the field of educational services, committed to providing high-quality learning experiences and outcomes for students in middle and high school. Our programs are fulfilled online or in-person at one of our brick-and-mortar locations. Services include college counseling, tutoring, test prep, and leadership training. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced marketing leader to join our team and help us expand our reach and impact.

Role Overview:

The Director of Marketing will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that effectively promote our educational services to target audiences as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive

growth. This includes analyzing market trends, managing marketing campaigns, developing partnerships, and working closely with the business development team to achieve enrollment targets.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plans and business development strategies to enhance visibility and engagement with prospective families.
  • Oversee the CRM system ensuring its effective application by all stakeholders.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, emails, social media posts, and website content.
  • Manage digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and promotional events to increase brand awareness.
  • Work closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with enrollment targets.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient use of resources to achieve goals.

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.
  • 8-12 years’ experience as a Marketing Manager, Director, or similar role, with direct reports.
  • Extensive experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related field. Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale social medial campaigns.
  • Proficiency with social media platforms (e.g., Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, WeChat, and Kakao Talk), analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and content management systems.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication and writing skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for education and innovation.
