About the Role

We are seeking a graphic designer and strategic-minded individual to join our team as a performance driven ad creative expert. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing highly engaging and effective ad creative campaigns on Meta, Tiktok, YouTube and more. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the unique audiences, trends, and creative formats (i.e. news feed, stories, reels, Tiktok Shop, etc.) on social media platforms, coupled with a proven track record of producing compelling ad content that drives results.

Responsibilities

  • Your job will be to partner with the performance media team to develop and test new ad creative concepts daily for Meta, Tiktok and more at scale, iterating on the winners to drive performance.
  • Analyze and report on key metrics and KPIs at the ad level and inform the media buying team on what’s working and what’s not, such as thumbstop ratio, social proof, engagement rates, CPMs, link click-through rates and of course, conversion.

Requirements

  • Experience creating high performing ads that scale on Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Google, YouTube and more.
  • Have expertise in creating and testing compelling hooks that grab attention.
  • Comprehensive understanding of platform-specific content creation that drives attention, engagement, and purchase decisions, particularly on Meta and TikTok. This includes expertise in tailoring content strategies to the unique algorithms and user behaviors of each platform to maximize campaign performance.
  • Familiar with creative tools like Canva, Capcut, Davinci, Photoshop or similar.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing successful paid ads that scaled.
  • Familiar with digital marketing platforms, particularly Meta and TikTok, with a deep understanding of their advertising tools and algorithms.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a knack for storytelling that engages and resonates with a Christian audience.
  • Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and adjust creative strategies accordingly.
  • Familiarity with the Christian community is a significant plus.

Physical Demands

Emotional Demands

  • Confident decision-making skills. You will need to review data and make sound decisions on what actions to take and make confident recommendations to senior management. You may need to make decisions quickly with limited amounts of information in urgent situations.
  • Data analysis & interpretation. You will have to process and review a lot of information from a variety of sources, understand how data is collected, assess data quality, and how to use the information.
  • Communication skills. You need to have advanced communication skills in both oral and written form. Emails and written communication with colleagues and external partners, written reports for senior executives. Able to communicate complex financial information to people outside of the finance department.
  • Comfortable with technology. Able to navigate data through computers, mobile, software, databases. Stay up to date with technology advances.
  • Oriented to detail. Financial forecasts rely on projections which can be impacted by even minor changes in sales patterns, consumer sentiment, economic shifts, competitor changes, etc. You will need to be attuned to small changes in all streams of data.
