Design Engineer

We're in search of passionate and inquisitive Design Engineers who possess excellent technical skills and a sincere interest in land development, as we expand across divisions to offer unlimited opportunities!

As a civil engineering Design Engineer at BKF, you will have the chance to work alongside well-established and experienced engineers on a variety of projects. Your responsibilities will include:

• Project Design for Site Development

• Grading and Drainage Plans
• Utility Systems for Water and Sewer
• Report Preparation and Master Planning Studies
• Preparation of specifications and cost estimates
• Projects include Residential, Commercial, Mixed-use, Roadway, and Public Works projects

Requirements

• 0 - 3 years of experience in site development and design of residential and/or commercial subdivisions, utility systems, roadways, and public works.
• B.S in Civil Engineering or related field from an ABET Accredited Curriculum or equivalent required
• EIT or FE certification preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D is a plus!

Benefits

• Salary range for this position is $77,000 - $97,000 annualized depending upon skills, experience, education, and geographical location. This is an hourly position paid biweekly.
