Full Job Description
Our Dental Treatment Coordinator and Scheduling Coordinator job purpose is:
Ensure patients' needs are taken care of in a professional and timely manner and eliminate “crisis management." Position requires assisting Treatment Coordinator with processing of reports, tracking patients, handling non-appointed treatment plans and treatment diagnosed in hygiene department. In addition, will serve as a backup for Scheduling Coordinators and Receptionist.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a front desk receptionist and scheduler in a dental office required
- Familiarity with Dentrix is a big plus!
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Benefits
We offer highly competitive pay. This is a full-time position 9:00 to 6:00 with a one hour lunch break.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $30.00 - $33.00 per hour
