Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the company's data technology strategy.
• Design and optimize data models, databases, and data pipelines.
• Ensure data governance, compliance, and security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data-related needs and propose solutions.
• Evaluate and implement new data technologies and tools.
• Provide technical guidance and support to data engineering and data analytics teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

• Proven experience in data technology roles, such as Data Architect or Data Engineer.
• In-depth knowledge of data modeling, database design, and data integration techniques.
• Strong understanding of data governance and data management best practices.
• Proficiency in SQL, ETL processes, and data warehousing.
• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS or Azure.
• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
