Data Entry Operator- Remote USA based only

SureCo is looking for a meticulous and efficient Data Entry Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for transferring, updating, and maintaining data across various platforms and databases. Your key contributions will ensure the accuracy and accessibility of vital information that supports our health insurance operations and enhances customer service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Input, update, and maintain data in the company’s database with a high level of accuracy.
• Review and validate data to ensure all information is correct and complies with established standards.
• Organize and maintain electronic files and records for easy retrieval and reference.
• Identify data discrepancies and resolve them by performing data corrections and updates.
• Assist in generating reports as needed for operational and analytical purposes.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to support data-related projects.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance data entry skills and knowledge of company systems.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in data management is a plus.
• Previous experience as a Data Entry Operator or in a similar role is preferred.
• Excellent typing skills and proficiency in data entry software.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
• Familiarity with health insurance data or terminology is beneficial but not required.
