We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Data Entry/Customer Service representative.
As a Data Entry/Customer Service representative at Joseph Theodore & Associates, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our clients' data. You will be responsible for processing and inputting large volumes of information into our database systems, while also providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This position requires a high level of efficiency, as well as strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Process and input data accurately and efficiently into database systems
- Update and maintain client records and files
- Respond to client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely manner
- Assist with generating reports and analyzing data to identify trends and patterns
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure the accuracy and completeness of data
- Follow data entry protocols and procedures to maintain data integrity
- Continuously seek ways to improve data entry processes and systems
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in data entry or customer service roles preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex data requests
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
