What the Data Analyst role looks like: 

·      Collect, process and analyze data relating to various business functions

·      Create and present reports and audits

·      Utilize findings to participate in short and long term planning and collaborate in the development of strategies to work towards achieving the set goals and metrics of the company

·       Regularly communicates with and presents to stakeholders 

·      Work cross-functionally with various teams within the company

·       Perform other duties as assigned 

What our ideal candidate looks like: 

·      5+ years’ experience in Data Analyst or similar role

·      The ability to pay attention to details when working with data in order to make accurate conclusions and predictions

·      Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively share findings with stakeholders

·      A solid understanding of data sources, data organization and storage

·      Strong analytical, problem-solving and mathematical skills

·      In-depth knowledge of statistical methodologies and data analysis techniques

·      Proficiency in various data analytics tools and programs

·       Bachelor’s degree required

Environment:

·     Standard office setting

·     Must be able to lift up to 10 lbs

·     Must be able to sit for up to 4 hours at a time
