Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat channels.
- Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain and update customer records in the database.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service quality and streamline processes.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products to customers.
- Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure.
- Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is a plus.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
