Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Customer Relations & Medical Sales Manager to lead client engagement and sales efforts in the healthcare sector, focusing on assisted living, hospice, and senior care facilities. This role emphasizes building strong customer relationships, ensuring client success, and delivering tailored medical solutions that drive revenue growth and enhance patient care.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and providing exceptional service to healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare decision-makers, including administrators, facility owners, and clinical staff, to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Customer Success: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless onboarding, exceptional service delivery, and resolution of any issues or concerns.
- Sales Management: Lead sales efforts for medical solutions, including pharmacy services, EMR systems, and lab services, to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
- Tailored Solutions: Collaborate with clients to understand their operational challenges and deliver customized solutions that meet their healthcare needs.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including operations, clinical staff, and product development, to align services with client expectations and sales strategies.
- Performance Monitoring: Use CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot to track client interactions, monitor account performance, and identify opportunities for growth.
- Client Education: Provide training and education to clients on medical solutions, highlighting their value in improving patient care and operational efficiency.
- Market Expansion: Identify opportunities to expand into new markets and strengthen the company’s presence in the senior care and hospice sectors.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all client interactions adhere to healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, and maintain awareness of industry standards.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Experience: 10 years of customer success or account management experience, preferably in healthcare or medical sales.
- Sales Expertise: Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets within the healthcare or medical sectors.
- Customer Relations Skills: Strong ability to build and nurture client relationships, with a focus on customer success and satisfaction.
- Healthcare Knowledge: Familiarity with assisted living, hospice care, and senior care operations, as well as the challenges faced by these providers.
- CRM Proficiency: Experience using CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot to manage client accounts and track performance.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to deliver impactful presentations to healthcare professionals.
- Travel: Willingness to travel regularly to meet clients and foster on-site relationships.
- Regulatory Understanding: Knowledge of healthcare compliance regulations, including HIPAA, to ensure proper handling of sensitive client information.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with healthcare technology solutions, such as EMR platforms or pharmacy services.
- Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese is a strong plus.
- Background in managing customer success teams in a healthcare setting.
