Soft Flex Company is a small business that manufactures and sells jewelry-making products into the hobby, craft and jewelry industries worldwide. Located in Sonoma, CA, Soft Flex Company is building a team where each person relies on respect and honesty as a policy. We work in a creative industry and would love to find someone for this position that loves crafting as a hobby.

We are looking for a Customer Account Representative. There is nothing more important to us than our customers' experience. As a Customer Account Representative, you will be charged with making their experience the best that it can possibly be while processing orders, answering phone calls and helping with returns.

This job is 20-40 hours per week.

Requirements

• Experience in a sales or customer care position
• Knowledge and abilities using Intuit QuickBooks and MS Excel is helpful
• Type 60+ words a minute and know 10-key by touch
• Excellent organization and communication skills
• Ability to set goals and manage your own time
• Beading and/or crafting background is ideal
• Social media knowledge is a plus
• Successful completion of Criminal Background, Motor Vehicle Record, and Drug Screen checks
