Custodial Cleaner

Impec Group is a leading facilities maintenance company that is dedicated to providing high-quality service to our clients. We are currently seeking a Custodial Cleaner to join our team. As a Custodial Cleaner at Impec Group, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our client's facilities.

The primary duties of the Custodial Cleaner include:

• Cleaning and sanitizing common areas, including floors, restrooms, and break rooms.
• Dusting and wiping down surfaces, including desks, tables, and chairs.
• Emptying trash receptacles and replacing trash bags.
• Restocking restroom supplies, such as toilet paper and hand soap.
• Maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and reporting any shortages to the supervisor.
• Following established safety procedures and using cleaning chemicals and equipment properly.
• Assisting with other tasks as needed.

The ideal candidate for this position is detail-oriented, reliable, and has previous custodial experience. The ability to work independently and efficiently is also important. This is a full-time position with the schedule from Monday to Friday.

Requirements

To be considered for the Custodial Cleaner position, candidates should meet the following requirements:

• Prior custodial experience is preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Reliable and punctual attendance.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, such as lifting and bending.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
