Job Overview

We are looking for an independent, detail oriented, enthusiastic candidate who has experience and understanding of creative project management. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless execution of our creative processes, with a focus on photography, sample coordination and image management. You will be responsible for creating detailed shot lists for our products, coordinating samples for photography, and managing inventory to facilitate efficient photo shoots. PLEASE NOTE: Candidates much be local to or willing to relocate to the San Diego area as we operate on a hybrid work model (3 days onsite, 2 remote)

What You’ll Do
 
Key Responsibilities

  • Work with Art Directors to develop comprehensive shot lists for all Personal Creation products and other brands.
  • Coordinate samples for photography and arrange shipment to our photo studio.
  • Track and manage product inventory at the studio to facilitate smooth photo shoots.
  • Manage photography deadlines for all marketing channels including catalog, email, site, and social media.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment and timely delivery of creative assets.
  • Provide administrative assistance to the Art Directors to foster day-to-day internal communications regarding photography and sample status.
  • Act as a liaison between creative, merchandising, marketing, and production teams to streamline processes.

Requirements

What You Should Have

  • At least 1 year of project management experience or similar role.
  • A love of design trends, stationery/paper, home décor and personalized products
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and concisely to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Showcase exceptional organizational skills to efficiently manage multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines concurrently.
  • Strict attention to detail and awareness of quality standards
  • Must be a team player and work well in a collaborative environment.
  • Must be a fast-learner and great at multi-tasking
  • Ability to meet deadlines and industry quality standards in a high volume, fast paced and short turn-around time.
  • Must be a self-motivator, possessing the ability to work effectively with little supervision.
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite
  • Experience with Project Management tools (Basecamp, Monday.com) is a plus.

Working Conditions

  • Work is performed in an office environment with low to moderate noise levels.

  • May require occasional travel.
  • This is a hybrid position; employees are expected to be in the office three days per week (Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday) with the option of working remotely two days (Wednesday and Friday).

Benefits

Compensation: The base pay for this position is $29.00 an hour.
