Construction Superintendent/Estimator

Elite Sourcing has a great opportunity to work as a superintendent for a construction company located in the Los Angeles area. The superintendent implements all field activities for self-performed work, subcontractor work, and field logistical items by coordinating and managing field staff and project subcontractors from project initiation through completion. This role acts as a leader in the field, responsible and accountable for the quality, safety, and schedule of the construction site. The Superintendent must professionally represent the company’s field operations as the primary interface with the owner and design team.

Requirements

• Minimum of five years of jobsite management experience
• Experience working in occupied building and during night hours.
• Experience working on adaptive reuse projects.
• Ability to visualize the entire project and anticipate constructability issues and embed solutions in the construction plans and schedules.
• General understanding and experience with construction trades
