At Project Support Services, we're more than just a woman-owned small business - we are a team of visionaries in the school construction industry. Our mission is to build safe schools so each student can achieve their full academic potential for their future. We do that by certifying every project we manage, bringing our clients' community visions to life. We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team and help us lead the charge!

As our Project Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing complex projects in all phases, collaborating with a team of Project Coordinators, and ensuring goals are met within schedule, scope, and budget. We're searching for a detail-oriented problem-solver with a passion for school construction, proficiency in DSA projects, with excellent communication and leadership skills.

If you're ready to take your career to the next level and make a meaningful impact in the school construction industry, we want to hear from you! Apply now to join our team and be part of something extraordinary!

As the Project Manager, you will be ensuring the successful completion and certification of large-scale construction projects. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating closely with a team of Project Coordinators to plan, direct, and oversee the entire project closeout process, ensuring that goals are achieved within the specified schedule, scope, and budget.

  • Collecting, coordinating, processing, and expediting project certification, adhering to DSA regulations and other relevant building codes.
  • Undertaking special or complex certification projects, conducting research, and applying current DSA regulations and processes to ensure compliance.
  • Directly participating in the project closeout process, resolving any issues that may impede project progress and ensuring timely completion.
  • Conducting field surveys to verify construction plans, Construction Change Directives (CCDs), and Addendum, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project requirements.
  • Ultimately, you will be responsible for producing complete and certifiable closeout packages for our clients, demonstrating our commitment to excellence and client satisfaction.
