Our client, one of the fastest growing construction companies in California, is seeking to add a Project Manager to their team in Bakersfield, CA. The Project Manager is the primary contact for the Contractor and is the face of the company in all communications between the Architect and Owner.
Base salary is $140,000 - $160,000 DOE. Discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits also included.
Essential Job Duties include:
- Managing baseline schedule and creating change events
- Conducts Subcontractor interviews, Reviews Subcontractor scope, and manages Subcontractor billing
- Manages time and cost impact notices
- Leads the mitigation of potential project derailers, including conflict resolution, change orders and more
- Completes claims preparation and fragment schedule analysis
Requirements
- Bachelor's Dgree in Architecture, Engineering, Design or Construction Management required
- 5+ years of relevant construction experience, including experience working on DSA public projects
- Active OSHA-10 certification
- Proficient with various computer programs, including Procore and Microsoft Office Suite
