CNC Machinist

Dynamicpersonnel is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist for a Very important company. In this role, you will be essential to our production process, ensuring that high-quality components are machined according to precise specifications. As a CNC Machinist, you will operate CNC machines and equipment, set up and adjust tooling, and interpret technical drawings to create intricate parts for various projects. You will work closely with engineers and other production team members to optimize machining processes for efficiency and accuracy. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to producing the highest quality work. In addition to technical skills, you must have the ability to troubleshoot technical issues as they arise and adapt to changing production schedules. Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines according to specifications.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
• Select appropriate tools and materials for machining processes.
• Monitor machine operations to detect malfunctions or need for adjustment.
• Perform regular maintenance on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Maintain accurate records of production numbers and machine maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with engineers and other machinists to improve machining processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a CNC Machinist or similar role.
• Strong understanding of CNC programming and machine operation.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Proficiency in using measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
• Familiarity with CAD/CAM software is a plus.
• Knowledge of machining processes and best practices.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
