Full Job Description
Bay Area Community Resources (BACR) is seeking a Clinical Director to join our team in promoting the healthy development of individuals, families, and communities. As a leading organization providing a wide range of services to schools and community settings in the greater San Francisco Bay Area, BACR is dedicated to addressing systemic racism, poverty, and inequitable access to resources and opportunities. We are committed to providing strengths-based, trauma-informed direct services that support tens of thousands of people annually.
As the Clinical Director, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and guiding clinical programs within the organization. You will work closely with a team of dedicated professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality services that promote resilience, health, and justice. Your expertise and leadership will contribute to the overall success of our programs and the positive impact we have on the communities we serve.
Benefits:
- Compensation: $60-$65k annually DOE
- Part-Time: Tuesday - Thursday (24 hours/week)

Requirements:
- Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field
- Current licensure in a related discipline (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPCC)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical program setting, preferably within a school or community-based organization
- Demonstrated experience in program development, implementation, and evaluation
- Proven leadership and supervisory skills, including the ability to motivate and mentor staff members
- Strong knowledge of trauma-informed care principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and build relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Experience working with individuals and families from diverse backgrounds, particularly those most impacted by systemic racism and poverty
Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to program guidelines, policies, and procedures
- Develop and implement strategies that enhance effectiveness of supervisors role responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders as delegated by Industry Director
- Create and deliver clinical trainings on a monthly basis to support the expressed needs of staff and supervisors
- Partner with Industry Director on initiatives related to the learning and development of supervisors and clinicians
- Provide clinical consultation and support to a caseload of clinicians as well a caseload of supervisors.
- Create and deliver clinical trainings every month.

Above is the pay range for this position that we reasonably expect to pay. Individual compensation is based on various factors including experience/education, skillset, and geographic location.
