Client Support Intern

·       Assist client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

·       Maintain a thorough understanding of our services to provide accurate information to clients.

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs and ensure a seamless client experience.

·       Document client interactions and feedback to assist in improving our services.

·       Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance client support skills.

·       Contribute to the development of client support resources, such as FAQs and knowledge base articles.

Requirements

·       Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
