Joining our team enables our team members to grow and continue to progress in their careers. We're seeking a remarkable Implementation Engineer to join our team. They will be responsible for contributing to the design and function of end-to-end IT solutions for both existing and new clients.
The IT Engineer will routinely visit client sites, serving as both the face of ClearFuze and a subject matter expert in IT services. They should have prior expertise in new software implementations and email migrations for a variety of IT clients.
Responsibilities:
- Act as technical subject matter expert in all technology offerings across the professional and managed services catalog.
- Work closely with the client, internal sales team and the internal operations teams through the entire process from discovery through implementation.
- Evaluate current network systems; recommend changes in hardware, maintenance, and configuration standards
- Track project progress and costs through regular monitoring, coordination and problem solving
- Plan, direct, and coordinate efforts of technical project team
- Implement technology solutions, systems, and services
- Maintain active communication with client POC and internal teams regarding project milestones, schedules, and issues as they arise
- Maintain knowledge of current industry standard operating systems and major software including SaaS applications
- Maintains in-depth up-to-date knowledge of standards, guidelines, industry trends, and best practices for the networking discipline, including LAN, WAN, and Wireless
Requirements
- Microsoft Operating Systems – All desktop and server versions
- Apple Operating Systems – All desktop and mobile versions
- Strong working knowledge major cloud platforms
- Data Backup and Recovery, Data Replication, Data Archival
- Networking – TCP/IP, Routing Protocols, DCHP, VLANS, VPN, DNS, SD-WAN Firewall Technologies – Fortinet, Palo Alto, SonicWALL
- Microsoft Platform Systems – Active Directory, IIS, Exchange, SQL, SharePoint, RDS/Terminal Services and SCCM
- SaaS applications – Office 365, Google Workspace, Box, Drop Box, Egnyte, others
- ·4-year bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of experience OR PMP certification and at least 4 years of IT experience
- Understanding of project impact on business processes and function
- Experience in an MSP environment preferred
- Previous experience with supporting multiple external clients
- Possess or working towards certifications such as: VMWare, MCSA/MSCE, Project+, Network+, A+
