A leading and growing law firm is seeking a dedicated and experienced Litigation Paralegal to join their team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience as a Civil Litigation Paralegal. This fully in-office position offers a competitive salary and full benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Drafting and preparing legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Managing and organizing case files, ensuring all documents are filed accurately and timely.
• Coordinating with clients, witnesses, and experts, maintaining effective communication throughout the litigation process.
• Supporting attorneys in all phases of litigation, including trial preparation and court proceedings.
• Conducting legal research and gathering relevant case information.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 years of experience as a Civil Litigation Paralegal.
• Strong knowledge of civil code procedures.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in legal research and case management.
• Familiar with court filings and how to prepare binders
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, in-office environment.
• Spanish Speaking is a PLUS but not required
