CONNECT WITH US!
Are you looking for a rewarding, values-driven career in the wellness space? A collaborative workplace that also encourages professional autonomy and work/life balance? Interested in becoming a part of a small, yet growing company with a big heart? If so, please read on!
The Connective (formerly Wellspace SF) is excited to announce the expansion of our San Francisco based practice to Benicia, California! Our brand new, beautiful satellite location recently opened it's doors and are looking for skilled, compassionate, and relational psychotherapists to work with our child, teen and adult clients!
ABOUT THE POSITION
As a Connective therapist, you will be responsible for providing weekly, outpatient therapy sessions to your own caseload of clients. Our practice works with individuals of all ages, couples, families, and corporate-sponsored clients. However, an ideal candidate for this particular position is someone with a passion for working with children, adolescents and their families. We will be giving preference to licensed clinicians but will also consider experienced associate level therapists.
Our ideal candidate is also interested in working within a private/group practice model while simultaneously participating as an active member of a holistic, multidisciplinary team. They would much prefer to focus their time and energy on providing excellent clinical care versus dealing with the isolation and administrative aspects of working independently.
Please note, The Connective is not a private practice incubator for new therapists wishing to grow into their own private practice. Our intention is to find practitioners who are interested in becoming an integral part of a wellness collective and growing with our team long-term.
HOURS + LOCATION
This is a part-time position with a minimum time commitment of 18 hours per week. However, there is the potential to add additional hours (up to 40) as your caseload grows. We allow for scheduling flexibility, however, all therapists must be able to work at least (2) afternoon/evenings per week OR (1) afternoon/evening plus (1) weekend shift per week to start.
Although some virtual shifts may be arranged, this is not a fully remote position. Our therapists are all expected to see clients on-site in our Benicia office (beautifully decorated and centrally located on charming and lively First Street!)
