Full Job Description
Bremer Whyte Brown & O'Meara is looking for a qualified candidate for a full time Case Coordinator position in our Newport Beach office.
This position is responsible for receiving new case files from a partner and/or claims adjuster; reading through documents within the file (police reports, insurance policies, complaints, arbitration demands, etc.); and drafting all initial documentation. I.E. Intake sheets, letters of representation, responsive pleadings, propounding discovery and budgets. This is a great position for those in law school, interested in attending law school and/or someone with legal experience.

Qualifications:
- Knowledge of legal terms
- Extremely detail oriented
- Multi tasker
- Excellent writing skills
- Able to be productive
- Self-Starter
- Seeing through every project from start to finish is essential
