About the Role

Do you have a heart for helping others and a passion for making a difference? We are seeking a Caregiver to join our team and provide high-quality care for older adults needing assistance with daily activities and emotional support. As a Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in enriching our clients' lives by promoting their independence, safety, and well-being.

What You'll Do

• Assist with Daily Tasks:
• Support clients with bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene
• Aid with mobility, transferring, and walking
• Help with meal preparation, feeding, and ensuring proper hydration
• Provide assistance with toileting, including managing incontinence needs
• Foster Connection and Companionship:
• Spend quality time with clients through conversation, games, or shared activities
• Accompany clients on short walks or outings
• Offer emotional support and a positive presence in their daily lives
• Keep the Home in Order:
• Help with light cleaning, laundry, and keeping the living space tidy
• Assist with grocery shopping, meal prep, and household organization
• Ensure the client’s living environment is safe and comfortable
• Health Monitoring and Reporting:
• Observe and document changes in the client’s physical or emotional health
• Communicate concerns or change in condition to the office

Requirements

• Cell phone with internet access

• Strong organizational & communication skills
• Certifications that are preferred but NOT required: CNA, HHA, CPR, First Aid, AED 
• Active Home Care Aide status (Unsure? We can show you how!)
• Proof of Negative TB results
