Caregiver

Location: San Diego
Position Type: Full-Time & Part-Time available
Compensation: $20-$23

Primary Responsibilities

• Daily Living Assistance:
• Help with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
• Support with mobility, transfers, and repositioning
• Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and hydration
• Provide help with toileting, including incontinence care
• Companionship and Engagement:
• Offer emotional support and companionship
• Engage clients in conversations, hobbies, and activities
• Accompany clients to appointments, errands, or walks
• Create a positive and friendly atmosphere
• Household Tasks:
• Perform light housekeeping duties (laundry, cleaning, organizing)
• Help with grocery shopping and meal planning
• Administer medication reminders
• Observation and Reporting:
• Monitor client’s overall well-being, physical health, and emotional state
• Report any significant changes or concerns to office

Requirements

• Cell phone with internet access

• Strong organizational & communication skills
• Certifications that are preferred but NOT required: CNA, HHA, CPR, First Aid, AED 
• Active Home Care Aide status (Unsure? We can show you how!)
• Proof of Negative TB results
