Cheer Home Care is hiring a Care Case Manager. We are looking for the right person who would like to work both or at least one weekend day. The Care Case Manager creates unique care plans, manages the care, and provides constant feedback to clients, client representatives, and caregivers. They work closely with our office team and have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- Prefer to Work Saturday and Sunday
- Can Work 2 to 5 days (you choose)
- Upbeat Personality
- Master in Social Work or Relevant Field, preferred
- Industry Experience, preferred
- Strong Computer Skills
- Strong Organizational & Communication Skills
- Pass Live Scan Fingerprint Clearance (LIC 9163)
- Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance required
- Cell phone with Internet Access
- Proof of Negative TB results
