Position Title: MCTIMS Training Field Service Representatives (FSR)
Location: Multiple Locations: Camp Pendleton, Camp Lejeune, Camp Foster (Okinawa, JPN)
Position Type: Full-time
Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000
Security Clearance Requirement: Position requires active security clearance

Roles and Responsibilities:
The MCTIMS FSR supports training information systems for the United States Marine Corps (MCTIMS). FSRs will be responsible for assisting with the management of the web-based system that supports individual and unit training management for the USMC.
- Provide on-site and off-site training and technical support to more than 104,000 MCTIMS users, specifically those located in the Fleet Marine Force and Formal Learning Centers (FLC).
- Establish and maintain consistent communication with unit operations sections, assisting with system utilization compliance, inspection readiness, and developing improvement plans in the areas of unit training management, training plan development, and readiness reporting.
- Serve as a conduit between the TECOM, the Fleet, and Formal Schools; providing valuable user feedback to TECOM and clarification of policy and system enhancements to the Fleet and Formal Schools.
- Provide direct support and instructor augmentation to Marine Corps Formal Schools with courses that heavily rely upon MCTIMS for practical application (e.g. Prepare For Combat 1-3, Ground Combat Element Operations Specialist Couse, Utilities Chief Course, Logistic Officers Course, Supply Officers Course, Curriculum Developer Course).
- Provide subject matter expertise to the software development team by assisting with requirements gathering, process and business rule validation, and testing.
- Provide direct support to Functional Managers of each MCTIMS module; to include initial training, module sustainment, and system enhancements.
- Attend Requirement Working Groups in order to provide user perspective, communicate customer needs, and early identification of system issues that are negatively impacting the OPFOR and Formal Schools.
- Participate SME input and support for Training and Readiness conferences and Course Content Review Boards (CCRBs) across the FLCs.
- Integral in the development and integration of major enhancements to MCTIMS modules in support of Marine Corps efforts.
- Assist in the development of MCTIMS policy for Divisions, MLG’s, MEF’s, and the USMC.
- Provide Help Desk support using customer service and development ticketing systems.
Required Skills:
- 3 years' experience with systems administration and end user support.
- 3 years' experiences customer service experience in an IT related capacity - working with customers, addressing issues, and managing customer concerns and requests over the phone and/or in person.
- Strong active listening, data entry, and documentation skills.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and prioritization skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in computer systems or related field preferred, but not required
Requirements
- TRAVEL REQUIRED FOR POSITION - Must be able to obtain or possess a valid US Passport and be physically qualified to support military exercises and contingency operations.
- 3+ years' experience in a relevant field
- Experience supporting Marine Corps C4I systems and equipment.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in military training and education.
- Direct participation in real-world operations is desired.
- Strong active listening, data entry, and documentation skills.
- Willing to work in a 24x7x365 secured environment, demonstrate intuitive problem-solving skills, and allow for flexible scheduling.
