Salary Range: $100,000 - $110,000 USD

Years of Experience: 5+ years in relevant field
Roles and Responsibilities:
Serves as the system subject matter expert (SME) to enable C4I systems throughout the DoD to provide expeditionary intelligence capabilities to the FMF. The Intelligence Systems Integrator at the Marine Corps Tactical System Support Activity (MCTSSA), Warfighter Support Division (WSD) at Camp Pendleton will provide support to assist Fleet Marine Force (FMF) and other DoD agencies to configure, integrate, resolve issues, and establish their intelligence systems to meet exercise and contingency operations in the CONUS and OCONUS regions. The Intelligence System Integrator is responsible for integrating a wide variety of intelligence systems including, but not limited to the following systems:
- Distributed Common Ground-Surface System Marine Corps (DCGS-MC)
- Common Intelligence Server (CIS)
- Common Intelligence Workstation (CIW)
- DCGS-MC Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT)
- Common GEOINT Workstation
- DCGS-MC Signal Intelligence (SIGINT)
- Technical Control and Analysis Center (TCAC)
- Integrated Broadcast Radio (IBR)
- Terrestrial/Human Intelligence (T/HUMINT)
- Ground-Based Operational Surveillance System (G-BOSS)
- Marine Air-Ground Task Force (MAGTF) Secondary Imagery Dissemination System (MSIDS)
- Counterintelligence (CI) and Human Intelligence (HUMINT) Equipment Program (CIHEP)

- Provide interoperability support to U.S. Marine Corps to integrate DCGS systems and applications with other command and control PoRs such as GCCS-TCO and ADSI, CIW C2PC Gateway (GW) to the Tactical COP Server (TCS), CIW C2PC GW to the JTCW C2PC GW, MCCIS to the TCS, CGW to the GBS/PRS.
- Integrate Government Off-the-Shelf (GOTS) and Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) hardware and software to support the integration, and optimization of web services, and thin client applications to enable Intelligence operations.
- Provide executive-level C2 technical advice and support Battle Staff with the identification of information flow required to support Mission Essential Tasks (MET) in the identification of the configuration and integration of intelligence systems.
- Provide technical Intelligence guidance to assist operators and maintainers to configure, integrate, operate, and troubleshoot intelligence systems.
- Introduce FMF to the Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs) and advances to emergent capabilities to achieve interdependence and operational effectiveness.
- Resolve complex Intelligence Systems issues related to system upgrades, network restrictions (ports, protocols, firewalls), and system versions.
- Participate in shipboard/MEF/Coalition level exercises to integrate multiple C4I systems into a large network.
- Participate in exercise planning conferences providing guidance on how to employ and use C4I systems.
- Coordinate with command and staff leadership to develop and implement support objectives.
- C4I integrators will scope or assign the best candidate to scope multi-system events.
- Lead multi-system support teams.
- Participate in and conduct reviews and structured walk-throughs of simulation events and training, scenarios.
- Provide analysis of emergent trends, tactics, and techniques for C4 system development.
- Create audience-scaled instruction based on billets and or training objectives.
- Provide analysis and feedback to the unit during exercises.
- Draft test plans, and conduct tests and post-event critique and analysis.
- Maintain a multi-system interoperable environment that can be used for troubleshooting and training at the WSD.
- Respond to internal and external-facing data calls independently and with a short turnaround.
- Manage and maintain communications internally with MCTSSA Technical Support Officers and external Program Offices, key stakeholders, and other official organizations.
- Review and approve all new KBAs within the Intelligence Portfolio
- Mentor Intelligence System analysts to learn and expand system knowledge.
- Create Tech Tube videos for the most common system issues within the portfolio.
- Quality control (QC) tickets to ensure they meet QC guidelines.
- Provide performance evaluations for team members.
- Ensure onsite support requests are staffed to support the Intelligence portfolio.
- Review Intelligence team after-action reports (AARs).
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and presentation skills. Able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. Able to design and write clear communications and present training programs.
- Experience in working with virtualization technologies.
- Knowledge of command center operations and intelligence systems usage.
- Ability to provide highly specialized system interoperability and integration support, including over-the-shoulder guidance and troubleshooting for multiple, fielded intelligence systems and associated networks to Marines deployed and in garrison.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Understand and troubleshoot basic computer configurations.
Requirements
- TRAVEL REQUIRED FOR POSITION - Must be able to obtain or possess a valid US Passport and be physically qualified to support military exercises and contingency operations.
- 5+ years in a relevant field
- Experience working with customers, addressing issues, and managing customer concerns and requests over the phone and/or in person.
- Experience supporting Marine Corps C4I systems and equipment. Shipboard experience is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in military training and education.
- Minimum of 5 years of operational experience in maneuver, aviation, fires, logistics, or intelligence operations.
- Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated knowledge of military doctrine, tactics, and command relationships at MAGTF or joint/combined command level.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience participating in and conducting exercises or analysis efforts.
- Direct participation in real-world operations is desired.
- Strong active listening, data entry, and documentation skills.
- Experience writing technical solutions and commercial knowledgebase articles.
- Intermediate to advanced analytical and troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and consistent resolution of IT problems.
- Willing to work in a 24x7x365 secured environment, demonstrate intuitive problem-solving skills, and allow for flexible scheduling.
