We are looking for a Business Operations Specialist who is eager to contribute to our mission by improving processes, enhancing business strategies, and driving operational excellence.

Role Overview:

The Business Operations Specialist at NihaoPay will play a vital role in streamlining operations, identifying process improvements, and assisting in the execution of business strategies. You will collaborate across departments to ensure efficient operations, provide support for account reconciliation tasks, and help to drive NihaoPay’s growth through data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will have experience in the payment or fintech industry, a solid accounting background, and a readiness to take on cross-functional responsibilities in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains within the company's operations.
  • Work with the accounting team to assist in account reconciliation, ensuring that financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Assist in the execution of business strategies and initiatives to optimize workflow and enhance productivity.
  • Work closely with leadership to develop and implement best practices that align with NihaoPay's strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with various departments, including Product, Marketing, Compliance, and Technology, to streamline internal processes and ensure cohesive execution of projects.
  • Contribute to the development of operational policies and procedures that foster scalability and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in business operations, process improvement, or similar roles, preferably in the payment or fintech industry.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and experience with account reconciliation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable with a proactive attitude towards taking on cross-functional responsibilities.
