Invitro Capital is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive the success of startups in the SMB sector. Our portfolio spans HealthTech, FinTech, AdTech, and HR, reflecting our commitment to enhancing the SMB landscape with innovative AI solutions. You will focus on increasing customer acquisition, boosting revenue, and identifying new opportunities. Collaborating with sales, marketing, and executive teams, you’ll play a key role in accelerating growth and setting new industry standards in a dynamic environment.

This is an onsite position, with a minimum requirement of three days per week.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Outreach: Seek out new business opportunities by visiting potential clients on-site and presenting InVitro Capital’s services in a professional and engaging manner.
- Sales Calls: Conduct direct sales calls to businesses, establishing initial contact and building strong rapport with key decision-makers.
- Lead Qualification: Engage directly with potential clients to identify their needs, qualify them, and align their requirements with our solutions to generate high-quality leads.
- Business Development Cycle Management: Oversee the entire business development process from lead generation to meeting setup, ensuring a seamless transition to the account management team.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and business development activities in the CRM system for effective tracking and follow-up.
- Market Feedback: Gather and share insights from client interactions to inform and refine marketing and business development strategies, ensuring they align with market demands.
Requirements:
- Experience: Recent graduates or early-career professionals with 0-3 years of experience, eager to launch their careers in business development.
- Goal-Oriented: Motivated to utilize AI tools to enhance sales approaches, with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets.
- Resilience: Comfortable with cold calling, door-to-door outreach, and face-to-face interactions, viewing challenges as opportunities for growth.
- Self-Starter: Ability to manage time effectively, recover quickly from setbacks, and work independently with enthusiasm and determination.
- Energy and Perspective: Brings fresh ideas, vibrant energy, and a willingness to learn, adapt, and innovate in sales strategies.
