Role Summary:
TEAM is looking for a driven, full-cycle seller that is eager to source and win new business. The Business Development Associate reports into the Co-president and joins a growing team of 4 sellers. You will be responsible for sourcing, selling and closing new business in TEAM’s small to mid-market fiduciary markets (regional banks, community banks, private fiduciaries and lawyers).
What you’ll do:
Drive new revenue for TEAM by closing new business for TEAM’s Core service offering for mid-market financial institutions
- Source and engage prospects within assigned territory (mid-market)
- Qualify, persuade, and close new business
- Consistently hit activity targets (cold emailing) to build your pipeline
- Quarterback deals and marshal executive-level support within large financial institutions to deliver new business in a time-effective manner
- Engage prospects and cultivate industry partnerships at conferences
- Field and qualify inbound sales opportunities from website and inbound calls
Requirements

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A team-first and output-oriented attitude
- An innate desire to win, and will to push through barriers to deliver results
- Desire to learn and grow into a strong enterprise seller
- Executive presence and emotional intelligence to build trust
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has 1-4 years of professional experience. Sales experience (BDR, SDR, AE) is a plus
- Strong GPA (3.5+) alongside significant extracurriculars (e.g., involvement on campus)
- Proven record of delivering high-quality results in previous endeavors (in academic, personal, athletic, or professional environments)

The pay for this position is $68,640 - $90,000 annually. Compensation is based on several factors including but not limited to performance in the role (commission), the applicant’s skills, work experience, knowledge, abilities, education.
