Position Overview:
As a Business Developer at NUMA Networks, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving sales growth. You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and increasing revenue. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sales, with a deep understanding of IT services and solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in target markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals tailored to customer needs.
- Work closely with the marketing team to create effective sales campaigns.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with prospective clients.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using ConnectWise.
- Utilize QuoteWerks to create, manage, and send professional sales quotes.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales progress and pipeline.
- Work cross-functionally with Sales Engineers to support the design, product alignment and solutions that improve customer network infrastructure proposals.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of success.
- Proficiency in ConnectWise and QuoteWerks is highly preferred.
- Experience in the IT services industry or related field is a plus but not a requirement.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
