Full Job Description

We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our team in Los Angeles. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and improving our business processes, identifying opportunities for growth and efficiency, and supporting decision-making at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed analysis of current business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Gather and analyze data from various sources to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Analyze market trends and customer behaviors to identify potential business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including business cases, requirements documents, and process flow diagrams.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and monitor their effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to define data and system requirements for new initiatives.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing and ensure successful implementation of new processes.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track the success of business initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in process improvement methodologies, such as Lean or Six Sigma, is preferred.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, such as Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
  • Knowledge of project management principles and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Experience in the executive search industry is a plus.
