Full Job Description
The BSSMO First Year Administrator is essential for facilitating the administrative and operational functions of the BSSM Online program. This role involves overseeing various tasks to ensure the first-year program runs smoothly while providing personal administrative assistance to the BSSMO First Year Director. The role involves a blend of general administration, program coordination, and personal assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
First Year Administration (30 hours per week):
- Student Communication: Handle general inquiries from students and staff, including responding to emails, support forms and phone calls. Provide timely and accurate information to ensure smooth communication.
- Staff Support: Responsible for setting up our Revival Group Pastors and First Year Director for success, so they can excel in their roles.
- Administrative Problem Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues, continuously improving processes and systems to enhance efficiency.
- Financial Management: Manage monthly budget reports, manage receipts and deposits, and ensure financial accuracy and accountability.
- Program Development: Assist in building and maintaining online programs, including updating course materials and managing program content.
- Team Collaboration: Assign tasks, work together with other BSSM Administrators, participate in weekly staff meetings, engage in staff development sessions, and take part in Moore Team Revival Group activities. Collaborate closely with support and systems teams to resolve technical issues, guarantee seamless technology integration, and improve the overall user experience for students and staff.
Personal Assistant to BSSMO First and Second Year Director (10 hours per week):
- Schedule Management: Manage the Director’s calendar, arrange meetings, appointments, and other engagements. Ensure effective time management and prioritization of tasks.
- Correspondence Handling: Draft and manage correspondence on behalf of the Director, including emails and various communications.
- Meeting Preparation: Prepare materials and agendas for meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items as needed.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, including organizing travel arrangements, managing documents, and assisting with special projects as required.
Compensation Range : $37,440.00 - $45,760.00 per annum
Weekly Hours: 40 hours
Requirements
- Strong alignment with and adherence to the beliefs and vision of Bethel Church.
- Completion of at least one year of BSSM or equivalent school of ministry training.
- Proven administrative experience, preferably in an assistant or event planning capacity. Some level of leadership experience is desirable.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, strong communication abilities, and proficiency in administrative and office software.
