BSSM Online Finance Administrator

Bethel Church of Redding is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented BSSM Online Finance Administrator to join our team. As the Finance Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth financial operations of the BSSM Online program. This is a critical role that requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

The BSSM Online program is designed to provide students with an online platform to engage in ministry training, spiritual growth, and leadership development. In this position, you will collaborate closely with the BSSM Online team. Your responsibilities will include overseeing student tuition, providing guidance to students on financial payments, and submitting reports to the accounting department.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and supervise all tuition transactions for the BSSM Online program
• Guide and support students in their financial journey
• Work closely with the BSSM Online team to generate student reports
• Deliver reports to the accounting department

Salary Range : $23,400 - $ 26,000

Scheduled hours : 25hrs/week

Requirements

• Previous experience in financial administration or a related position
• Basic understanding of finance and accounting concepts
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and Word
• Exceptional organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Dedicated to supporting the ministry's training and development initiatives
