As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of branch operations, including distribution, customer service, sales, and employee management. Your primary goal will be to ensure the success and growth of the branch by implementing effective strategies, fostering a positive work environment, and providing exceptional customer service.

Pay Range: $68,000-85,000
Location: 321 Kansas Ave, Modesto, CA 95351
Requirements
- Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in the outdoor supply industry
- Strong knowledge of sales and operational best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and develop a team
- Customer-focused mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance
