## Your Role
As a pivotal member of our team, you'll ensure the seamless operation of our office by maintaining precise financial records and providing essential administrative support. Your key responsibilities will include:

- **Reconciliation**: Regularly reconcile bank statements, credit cards, and other financial accounts.
- **Expense Tracking**: Monitor expenses, and prepare comprehensive financial reports as needed.
- **Payroll Assistance**: Support payroll processing and upkeep of employee records.
### Administrative Support
- **Filing Systems**: Develop and maintain organized filing systems for both financial and administrative documentation.
- **General Office Duties**: Manage phone calls, respond to emails, and oversee office supply inventory.
- **HR Assistance**: Aid in HR tasks, including onboarding new hires and maintaining employee records.
- **Management Support**: Provide administrative assistance to the management team for varied tasks.
- **Special Projects**: Flexibly handle special projects and ad hoc assignments as required.

## What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in bookkeeping or similar roles.
