Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer acceptance.
- Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their department needs.

- Conduct interviews in both English and Spanish to assess candidates' qualifications.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Maintain an accurate database of candidates and track recruiting metrics for reporting purposes.

Requirements
- Fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques and tools.
- Ability to conduct effective interviews and assess candidate suitability.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting software.
