Bilingual Customer Service (Scale Attendant)

National Star Services is a 26-year-old facility management company providing different services all nationwide and we are now in search of a Bilingual Customer Service (Scale Attendant) for our location in Santa Rosa, CA 95407.

Job Description:
You will work in the scale house checking incoming and outgoing vehicles that come to the facility for dumping, in order to charge them accordingly; You will be expected to effectively communicate with customers as well as being tasked with using a computer and completing paperwork, among other duties as assigned.

Schedule:
Tuesday to Saturday
7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Pay Rate:
$19.50 / hr.  ( **WEEKLY PAY**)

Requirements:

• Own transportation
• Updated Resume
• Must be Bilingual (English & Spanish)
• Customer service experience
• Computer Knowledge
• Must be familiar with Excel, Microsoft Word, and other programs.
• Cash handling experience
• Ability to work in a fast paced, noisy environment
• Two Valid Forms of ID.
